Rob Reinsmith
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Rob Reinsmith started his career at the young age of 15 with a part time job washing dishes and frying chicken at a local restaurant in Palm Harbor, Fl.  He later went to vocational high school for culinary arts and and continued his education at Le Cordon Bleu, all while working at Bone Fish Grill.  At the age of 23, he moved to NYC and worked his way up the line at Todd English's, Olives in Union Square.  This is where he found his passion for seasonal ingredients and Italian cuisine.  He then helped Chef Sara Jenkins open Veloce Pizzeria.  He then joined the small opening team of Torrisi Italian Specialties, with young chef-owners, Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone at the helm.  This restaurant earned 2 stars from The New York Times.  The restaurant became so popular, that it was necessary to open a more casual outpost next store, which Rob designed the menu for as chef de cuisine.  This restaurant, Parm, also earned 2 stars from The New York Times.  After four years with Chefs Torrisi and Carbone, Rob Reinsmith pursued his dream of returning home to Florida with NY-sized ambitions.

Meagn Goose
Meagn Goose
FRONT OF THE HOUSE MANAGER
Meagn Goose was born in Cincinnati Ohio, but grew up on her Granny's Kentucky home cooked meals. She started in restaurants right out of high school and fell in love with the industry immediately. She's worked in every kind of restaurant from silent service fine dining to greasy spoon mom and pop diners. She loves working with the clientele to provide a dining experience that is memorable; a habit she learned from her Granny during large family gatherings. She understands that the dinner table is where a family, groups of friends, or business clients meet to tell stories and plan for their future.  A good meal is not just the food and drink, but the entire experience built around it.

She moved to Florida nearly 12 years ago and has been involved in several different restaurants throughout Sarasota and the Saint Petersburg area.  In her spare time she is a proficient baker and gardener. She is learning to can and is seriously considering urban homesteading. She has two dogs that enjoy her baking mistakes and a staff that revels in her cookie successes. She volunteers for several different organizations and believes wholeheartedly that giving back to the community is essential for a successful life.
